One of my clients is about to switch from Edge to Chrome for well document reasons. However, it hasn't happened yet and if the following features work then one might be able to head this off at the pass:
- Synchronisation/backup of bookmarks/favourites to the cloud when computer to joined to Azure AD using basic licensing. In Edge, this feature wasn't available unless you upgraded Azure which was overkill for just this one feature
- Ability to print modern SharePoint pages. Edge was never able to do this. Chrome got it solved in the last six months. It was this that really strained our relationship with Edge
- Multiple people/profiles: increasing a killer feature when you have to be logged into the same system using different account details, e.g. Office 365/SharePoint. The ability to sandbox with different people/profiles with their own favourites, cookies etc. is very useful
