In Microsoft Edge, there is a flag called: Query in Omnibox

What it does is, basically in search results, instead of showing you an ugly long address, it shows you an easier to read text.

@HotCakeX That is interesting. I personally have never had a problem with the long addresses though, and if anything think of them as a cool encoding that only computer geeks like us are able to understand and manipulate.

Yeah, though for me the URLs of search engines, when i do a search, never have been a thing to have a use for.
