An idea on improving UI on edge (on the desktop,mostly windows)

Hello there!

I really like the vertical tab UI on edge but there is a problem that apparears when using it (mostly on windows), the window bar is just full of empty space!

So i thought how can it be improved upon, and realized that on mac/linux if you let the window manager handle chromium/edge you can get a very nice and useful menubar. (see pic)

So what if that menu bar was just integrated like that instead of showing a huge empty window bar on top.
