A problem uploading files using Edge.

There is a problem whenever I try to upload a file using Edge, the tab opening becomes not responding whenever I try to navigate between files.

Here is a screenshot of the problem.

My browser is up-to-date.

I have exactly the same problem and have seen a half dozen "solutions"; none of them work. 

- Update/Repair Edge - No effect

- Purge Cache/history/... - No effect

- Reinstall - No Effect

I believe the root of the problem is the settings for  "Cookies and SIte Permissions" which is blocked. I don't want popups so I have added the URLs of the site I want to allow uploads. This SHOULD work, but it doesn't seem to honor a partial entry of URLs, for some pages the URL changes.
