I am always using the Edge Beta for Windows 7 since it first came out, and it worked great until several months ago. It started to randomly pop this kind of windows on my machine:
The title is "Interactive Services Detection", and the message is "The program which running on this computer is trying to display a message, the program might need your information or privilege to complete the task. In the "Program Path" section, I can see that this problem is caused by the Microsoft Edge Update Service. I have tried to use the "Show the Information" option but the only thing I got was a blank screen and I can only quit it in a small Windows Classic Style window.
I tried to update the Edge manually but this didn't solve the problem. Is this a common compatibility issue or this thing only happen on my device?
