How to locate the right destination to measure end-to-end performance

I am trying to write a little script that will initiate TCP traffic to different O365 resources under my subscription and return the delay,packet loss stats. I am having a couple of challenges and need some help to understand how to resolve them:

• What if I have a main office in Dallas with a bunch of O365 users and I want to execute my script from the same location to test the delay to different services such as Teams, Office etc. How do I locate the correct IP/hostname or WEB API link for each service?
• What if I have a small branch in Europe with a few employees trying to use O365 under the same subscription, and I want to execute my script from the same location to test the delay to different services such as Teams, Office etc. How do I locate the correct IP/hostname or WEB API link for each service?

Everything is geographically load balanced, so the DNS provider Microsoft uses will always provide you the nearest data center to where your IP address resides.
