DKIM and DMARC

Copper Contributor

Hi All,

I enabled DKIM signing on my custom domain and it appears to be working. Checked by sending an email to Gmail and checked headers. All passed. However, my DMARC reports are showing only a 50% pass rate. More concerning is that it shows only 143 emails sent. That is way low. Should be thousands. Would anyone know why?

Hi,
How are you checking your DMARC reports?
It might be possible that the tool used is not parsing the reports correctly.
If you are signing the DKIM properly for your policy domain then the job is done. But are you sure there are no other senders or domains who are sending emails on your policy domain's behalf.
After analysing dmarc reports, it should become very clear who all are using the policy domain to send emails worldwide.
