Q: In my AD environment the Send As permission is enabled in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server administration account within Active Directory for all mail-enabled user objects.  New users inherit acls from parent object.  Will 926666 remove the Send As permission?
A: 926666 doesn't "remove" any permissions, but the send-as behavior was changed in ALL store.exe builds for the past year.  See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/895949 for details.

Yes - this change is included in 926666 (this is documented at the top of 926666).  If your store.exe is OLDER than 7650.23 12-Jan-2006 (this is for 2003 SP2) you will have to follow the remediation steps in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912918/ before applying 926666.
