Hi! I'm testing scripts from KB article 914387 for updating DST information on Windows 2000 computers. After running the script I test computers by setting time to 1:59:59 on March, 11 and November, 4. The clock changes in March but not in November.

You should try changing time between after October 28, 2007, as this was old DST end date.
