You said that the reason for moving the CDO patch is that we discovered an issue with scheduling appointments within OWA. Can you elaborate? When was this discovered? What if we are not a large OWA shop but large CDO (BES) shop?
A:
When the Exchange CDO patch is installed first, recurring meetings scheduled using CDO (OWA, Blackberry, etc) will not be rebased by the calendar rebasing tools. That is why the guidance for heavy users of CDO is to apply KB926666 after the rebasing tools have run.
