I'm trying to run the exchange DST calendar update tool against all outlook users to automatically update their calendars. What is the quickest/easiest way to accomplish this?

First, Update Client and Server Operating Systems, including Exchange server Operating Systems
Next, Run the Exchange Calendar Update Tool
Then, Install the CDO update on the Exchange server
