Is there going to be an updated exchange rebasing tool that will not incorrectly rebase appoints created post client patch but pre-rebase?
A:
No. The problem is in the legacy (pre-2007) Outlook clients. They do not stamp the time zone information on the single-instance appointments. The tool operates on the assumption that if TZ info is not found, it will move the appointment and stamp the info.
