Is there a way to script the deployment of the TZMove.exe tool to the local Outlook 2003 clients?

If you asking if it's possible to automatically run the TZMove tool from a user's workstation or just making the tool available for the user to run themselves, then scritping the deployment of TZMove.exe would be like any other .exe that requires local admin rights to run. It also depends on how you normally deploy software. It does require admin rights to install, but runs in the user context.
