We have over 9000 mailboxes and I am looking for a quick way to identify the affected users so that I can proactively resolve the incorrect calendar entries

After you run the tool you should parse the log file to find out the users that are affected by the DST. There is no quick way to find the users who have appointments during the extended DST time zone.
