if we use a general workstation to run the Outlook update tool against several resource mailboxes, will the workstation time zone over-ride the mailbox time zone if the mailbox is located on another server in another time zone?

you need to have the time zone associated with the resource mailbox in the input file or the workstation time zone will be applied to the resource
