If a user creates a new recurring appointment after the OS is patched, but before the rebasing tool is run against the user's mailbox, and then I run the rebasing tool for recurring appointments, will that new recurring appointment be incorrectly adjusted?

Q: If a user creates a new recurring appointment after the OS is patched, but before the rebasing tool is run against the user's mailbox, and then I run the rebasing tool for recurring appointments, will that new recurring appointment be incorrectly adjusted?
A: Since the recurring meeting was created after patching, it will have the DST2007 properties and would not be moved.  If it had been a single-instant appointment it would be moved as those properties are not present for single-instant appointments (this is resolved in Outlook 2007).
