Q: I'm getting Unable Open mailbox - 0x8004011D when I run the MSExTmz_1.bat created when I ran the MsExTmzCfg.exe - any ideas on how I get the permissions need to run this?  I'm logged on as Domain Administrator with the privileges Full Control for all.
A: This error message indicates that the Exchange server is unavailable. You should start by checking connectivity to the server and the Exchange store. This can also happen in a mixed Exchange environment. There are a number of KB articles on support.microsoft.com that describe various causes for this.
