I'm getting Unable Open mailbox - 0x8004011D when I run the MSExTmz_1.bat created when I ran the MsExTmzCfg.exe - any ideas on how I get the permissions need to run this? I'm logged on as Domain Administrator with the privileges Full Control for all.

This error message indicates that the Exchange server is unavailable. You should start by checking connectivity to the server and the Exchange store. This can also happen in a mixed Exchange environment. There are a number of KB articles on support.microsoft.com that describe various causes for this.
