I'm trying to run the DST Exchange Time zone update tool and I'm getting the following on all mailboxes:

Error spawning worker process - 0x80070002 is typically caused by the tool not finding the right TZmove.exe. Make sure it is using the one in \Program files\office\outlook12\outlook update tool\.
