I have 1100 mailboxes, when I run the extract etc. I have a total of 774 and this includes nonexistent, conflict, and mailboxes....what does that tell me?
A:
if you have already ran the tool and you are getting the 774 number, try running the tool with the “recurring meeting” box checked to increase that number. If you do not run the extract tool with "recurring meetings" box checked then all of the mailboxes won't be listed.
You may not have meeting organizers in every mailbox. The rebasing tool updates meetings on the behalf of the meeting organizer and sends updates. If a person isn’t' a meeting organizer during the three weeks, there won't be any time zone info about them.
