Q: I’ve heard that only  Exchange puts a time stamp on the meeting, while the outlook update tool does not,  has this been the case?
A: Essentially, even if you are running the tool in bulk using our Exchange tool, all appointments updated by the Outlook Calendar Update tool will be stamped with TZ info so a rerun of the tool doesn't affect a calendar Item which has already been rebased.
