I'm unsure if we are using Auto Accept Agent for reserving conference rooms. We're Exch2K3 and Outlook 2k3. I'm concerned about the double booking issue when the calendars are rebased. How can I tell if I’m using AAA?

The AAA is an optional installable tool and Exchange Server sink agent. It will likely be installed as a local service on a server machine. Details on the feature may be found here:
