I have Outlook 2002, and I have set for myself recurring appointments (not sent to anyone, just in my own calendar). Now, everything that occurs after DST is listed as an hour later than it should be. Is this expected?
That is a known effect for viewing appointments that were created when the per-2007 TZ rules were in effect. The new TZ rules put those dates into DST. Therefore there is one less hour when the appt is pulled out of the store in UTC and translated into local time. You can either run the Outlook TZ Data Update utility or manually move those appointments in the extended DST period (last three weeks in March and the last week of October through the first Sunday in November).
