Q: So, I read the information on your website about the Outlook tool, which moves meetings that occur during the last three weeks of March. What about emails and other files that have time and date... are they impacted?
A: Once you have the System updated anything on the system that is influenced by date and time will be affected\impacted when DST occurs, but impacted in that they should have the correct time taking in to account DST.  This won't be any different than any previous changes with DST except that this year it occurs earlier.  So if you have anything that takes DST into account it might happen earlier.
