After the Exchange tool is run, the meeting attendees must accept their meeting updates for their calendar to be corrected. Is this right? Some users may be visting other countries and log in on a PC not in their "normal" time zone.
A:
Yes, this is the expected behavior. The tool rebases meetings on behalf of the originators. In that process all invitees get meeting update notices that they must accept.
