HR-person: Are you busy doing HR-processes and/or you out there building relations with colleagues?

Hi friends,

When talking to people working in HR I many times hear that they are under-staffed and are for the most part managing the day-to-day processes such as making sure salaries are paid in time, holidays are registered and in compliance, and don't have time to engage with people in the organization, and don't have time to engage in company strategy work.

Check out my blog where I encourage HR leaders, and anyone working with HR (or how you name or organize the work "taking care of employees" in your organization).

I totally understand that struggle! I've been in HR, and it's easy to get bogged down with the day-to-day stuff. But, when I started building relationships with colleagues, it made a huge difference. It's like connecting the dots between processes and people. I also find the hrdf claimable courses I took last year very helpful. So, check it out, too.
