1. Is it possible to see the agent and all of the rules/monitors that are applied to them?
The SCOM resource kit was recently released and contains several helpful tools. One of them is the effective configuration viewer. This utility allows administrators to view all monitors and rules applied to a management computer along with current health state and other detail, such as objects associated with the computer. A sample screenshot is below. This data may also be exported as needed.
