Copilot Work / Web Toggle + Roll out for O365 Licenses

Seeing some users with protected Copilot, some users without.

Also for those with M365 Copilot license, the work/web toggle + protection are not showing.

Any thoughts? Believe Copilot with CDP was to be on by default for O365 E3 + E5 upon being released in February?

Hi @Chris_Ferraro, thanks for reaching out. The rollout to the O365 skus should be complete. Are your users with O365 licenses still unable to use Copilot with commercial data protection when they are signed in with their work (Entra ID) accounts? If not, please check that the service plan (Commercial data protection for Microsoft Copilot) is enabled for the affected users.

Thank you for confirming. We are seeing increased consistency over the past few days so the rollout was probably just happening over time
