Copilot with commercial data protection - Image creation

Hi everyone,

we are using the CoPilot in Edge with our E5 license. A user now raised a ticket that after some successful image creations he gets this popup:

After signing in with his MS personal account - he can proceed. But then the images are created "without data protection" or am i wrong here?

Is there a limit on image creations per day?

Have you checked the Work/ Web toggle?

Kindly share screenshot from end-user for the complete screen? Is the user using Mobile Device or Windows laptop?
