"There are no mistakes, only great recoveries." Denise Pyles
Mistakes can be painful, and it can be hard to pick up and go on - but when we do, amazing things can happen. We can land face-first in the dirt and as long as we stand up again, the audience will cheer. But how do we find what we need to get on our feet again?
This month's call will have #WomenITPros sharing their stories of great mistakes, and great recoveries, and what they learned when they kept going.
We'll focus on practical things you can do to recover from that UH OH moment - how to stop the shame spiral, how to get specific about what happened and why, how to own your part - but not more than your part, and how to change the thought patterns that bring you down.
Our meetings are open to anyone of all gender identities who wants to support women in the ITPro field. Please share this with anyone you think might be interested!
