 We all know that it should be a priority, and yet we’re so busy that many times our own self-care takes a back seat. What holds you back from prioritizing your own well-being? Learn tips, techniques, and even a game that reinforces a mindset for you to tap into your own wellbeing by shifting your daily habits to bring attention to, and manifest your own extreme self-care.
