Windows 11 22H2 cumulative update fails 0x8007066A from Software Center

I've had a couple Windows 11 22H2 computers fail to install the cumulative update for last month and this month. The error code description is:
The upgrade cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade.

Last month, I was able to download the CU and install the update manually with no issue. We have less than 10 W11 computers in our environment, but I would like to resolve this issue when installing updates from the Software Center. Any ideas what may be causing this?

@BrandonM909 I'm also having the same issue on win11 22H2..

Me too. Delivery Optimization for me :(
My issue is resolved by Enabling Delta Content on the SCCM Client settings.

@Vbala68 If you are using CM 2111 and less please upgrade to 2203 or latest. Ref the blog - Unified update platform (UUP) FAQ's - Microsoft Community Hub. there is a change in windows update with UUP.

Thanks. I tested this on one computer that was failing the May CU and it installed with delta content enabled.
We are on 2111 and plan on upgrading soon. In the meantime, I enabled the Delta Content option posted by @ms_edrusi and the CU installed successfully.
@BrandonM909, @ms_edrusi - i came accros this -
It seems to be a change at the Windows or Windows Update Agent (WUA) level (?) to Always turn on the delta download endpoint if the OS version allows, regardless if express is enabled or not.
