What am I missing? This is only for Win10.

All good for servers 2012,2016,2019.

Windows 10 not updating - Microsoft Community

Rather, the problem is only with this one computer and its configuration

I've already tried that, and it has not helped.

@Macie So none of those SU are deploy to anything. What do the logs say is happening?

Can you point out which log file to focus? I've checked most CCM client logs but couldn't find any info. But I might omit something.

So only Windows 10 are not updating, all servers are fine, Win11 got the updates too:

Also worth mentioning is that PatchMyPC updates deploying fine to all systems. No issues.

@Maciej

The problem is also that this computer is not protected, so I suggested scanning with Microsoft Security Scan, or even rolling back from the network.

@A1-A1

I have scanned one of the affected machines and all was good. The scan found nothing. For now, I've enabled automatic updates for Win10 machines.

Here is the list of Logs and more importantly what they are used for.

I've reviewed logs one more time focusing on those related to Software Updates.

In ScanAgent.log I see many lines like this:

I don't see full scans. Below is from the server in my environment:

Maybe that is the reason? But how to force a full scan?
