Secondary Site Installation Prerequisite Check Error

I am installing my second, secondary site. The first one went off with out a hitch.  The second one is giving me problems.  There is a list of errors but when I review them, the VM has the items listed or removed. (Existing Configuration Manager server components on the site server)

The OS is Windows Server 2022 Standard patched and activated.  It is domain joined.  The computer account is in a security group with the other 2 servers and added to the local Administrators Group on each server. RDC is installed.  SQL Ports are open.  .Net 3.5 and 4.8 are installed. Not sure I understand Primary FQDN but as I mentioned, it is domain joined.

The machine is identical to the one that is working fine so I am at a loss as to why I am seeing these errors.

Review the log to determine exactly what is beeping seen by the setup.

This is just the Pre-Check so it is not actuallly trying to install.

The only thing I see inthe Event Viewer is:

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer SVR-DP-P01.tmpc.local using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID 138d0 (J:\SMSSETUP\BIN\X64\prereqchk.exe), while activating CLSID {8BC3F05E-D86B-11D0-A075-00C04FB68820}.
