SCCM client actions new installs

Hi, I wanted to know if new sccm client installs, manual/client push/after OSD task sequence finishes ran all the client actions right after and if now, when?

No, why would they? They all run according to the schedules set in the site. Also, some are initially throttled as well like Hardware inventory: https://tcsmug.org/blogs/sherry-kissinger/405-configmgr-2012-inventory-max-random-delay.

Machine policy runs right away though as that's how the client finds out about everything including the schedules for the other actions.
