Hi 

I need generate a report on SCCM for the application that are installed with the follow information

Name

old version, new version, first package, last package. first user to pack it, Last user to pack it, firs Deployment Time, last Deployment Time

What does this have to do with MECM? How was this excel sheet created? Have you looked at the built-in reports for your starting place? What do you have for a query now?

The Excel is the import report

Where did you get the report from? What does this have to do with MECM?

The report was taken directly from Sql web report.

So did you review the SQL code for that report???? This is where you should start.
