Are you seeing a Error? If so what error are you getting? If there is a max limit, it would be listed within the docs.

We are managing untrusted domains from the SCCM environment. After we imported the 36th Root CA in the SCCM console, under the Site properties, all new client registrations from all domains ( even the trusted domains ) stopped working. After removing that last added CA the registrations started working again.
