I am installing a cloud management gateway for a customer. the main apps for the users are office 365 apps and the thing we are missing eh most is remote control to be able to assiti the users if they need help.
the cloud managment gateway does not support "remote tools" which to me means remote control.
how about remote assistance? would that work since its client initiated? and if not, how can i support the users off network?
any suggestions welcome.

We've heard this request before and we are tracking it. But its not committed work yet. It would be very helpful if you could go to the feedback item we have for this on Uservoice and add your vote and any comments that would help to explain your scenario.
