•Description of issue: the default date & time format is in US format
•Repro Step: open a notebook and create a page; I can repro it on Japanese system
•Comment: I'm not sure if it's a loc bug or (bad) by design, or my working environment issue. I cannot change the date/time format on Online but can edit using desktop client (that's the only way to change the format as far as I know). Also, I noticed that the date/format is in English font (probably in default font 'Calibri') on the first page and it's in Japanese font on 2nd+ pages.
