My suggestion: オンラインによる採用面接が広がりつつあります。
In fact, online job interviews is emerging yet in Japan, and this is a suggestion for localization as well as translation.
"広がりつつあります" is one of the expressions that would be translated into English "emerging" rather than "have become".

In the current Japanese, many Japanese feel that the employment is going to be promised by the following ways.
コツを紹介します means here's the tips how to ace your next one.

My suggestion: コンピューター環境を改善する
Literal translation of tech is actually the word "技術" in Japanese.
However, we rarely use the expression for the IT environment.
Although many people understand that the word tech means computer technology, it should be described like computer technology.

Suggested sentence:

Just look like miss spelling and wrong prepositions.

Current one: 非言語的な技術を磨く
My suggestion: 非言語的なスキルを磨く
スキル has same meaning and sound as the skill, and it is daily used more than 技術 in Japan.
It means many Japanese obviously understand and use the word スキル meaning skill.

ボディー ランゲージや語調は、話す言葉に加えて
意味を伝えるための助けとなります。
Suggested sentence:
ボディーランゲージや声のトーンは、話す内容に込められた
真意を伝えるための助けとなります。
Similar one, tone can be translated into トーン having same meaning and sound.
Also new one is modified with native expressions, but no change the meaning.

My suggestion: 職務見本やサンプルの提供など、他に必要なものがあるかどうかを尋ねる
In the original sentence, references or work samples should be changed like above.
