Office templates - Blue spheres letterhead in Japanese

Brass Contributor

Hi team,
There are some suggestions for the Word template "blue-spheres-letterhead.dotx" that is localized and translated in Japanese.

1. Address order and alternative word
Japanese address order is totally different. It is actually opposite of English.

Current translation: 番地、市、州、郵便番号
My suggestion: 郵便番号、都道府県、市、番地

*Suggest to use 都道府県, instead of 州

<Details>
Street Address --> 番地
City --> 市
State --> 州 as a literary translation, but there is no state in Japan. Instead, 都道府県 is the preferred one, which means "prefecture"
Zip code --> 郵便番号

2. Translative suggestion in the sentence

Current one: 私たちはこの文房具の外観をこのままでも気に入っています。しかし、自分の個人的なタッチをほとんど瞬時に追加することができます。

My suggestion: 私たちはこのテンプレートの外観そのままでも気に入っています。しかし、ご自分の手法をあっという間に追加することができます。

<Details>
stationery: In this sentence, it doesn't mean "文房具". It should be used "テンプレート", which means "template", in this sentence.
your own personal touch: ご自分の手法
almost no time: あっという間に *Because "ほとんど瞬時" is not common expression in Japanese.
