How to ace a Skype interview: French Canadian: entretien vs entrevue

Copper Contributor

While "entretien" is acceptable, "entrevue" is more commonly used in Québec. So anywhere the term "entretien" is used, I would replace it with "entrevue".

(you can see more on this term in the GrandDictionnaire: http://granddictionnaire.com/ficheOqlf.aspx?Id_Fiche=8870029 although the French Canadian government also indicates the term "interview" (and its derivative "intervieweur" and "interviewer") in French - here: http://bdl.oqlf.gouv.qc.ca/bdl/gabarit_bdl.asp?id=3532).
