This Excel file should also be categorised as a tool. 

As for translations:

•  In the transportation table: we mostly use the word "Autobus" in French in Canada.
•  In the taxes table: the "state" tax is called "Provincial"
•  In the personal care table: French Canadian users would understand better if "Cotisations/adhésions" was used for "Organization dues and fees".

Other translations are okay.
