I’m Thameur BOURBITA from Tunisia, living in Paris. I'm an infrastructure consultant since 8 year; I’m specialized in Microsoft infrastructure technologies: Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V, Cluster, Windows Server

What are your big projects right now?

I'm focusing on some projects for my clients about Exchange, Active directory. I'm trying to discover and test the new Windows 2016 features and prepare the last certifications exams. Furthermore, I continue contribute in TechNet forum; publish new technical tips on my personal Blog...

What Microsoft Forums do you participate in? What different roles do you play?

I participate often in French forum and sometimes in US forum. I enjoy helping others to resolve their problems, provide and explain my technical recommendations about the followings technologies: Active Directory, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Exchange.
I’m moderator in many French forum sections: Windows 2003, Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012 R2, Windows 2016, Windows 10 and Exchange.
Thanks to the moderation, I’m able to help other to find the right answer by moving the thread to the right forum, avoid duplicate thread and validate the right answer.

In what other sites and communities do you contribute your technical knowledge?

I have created a French blog and a Facebook page to share my knowledges on the Microsoft technologies: http://bourbitathameur.blogspot.com/ https://www.facebook.com/WindowsACtiveDirectory

On what forum threads have you collaborated with other community members to help answer a question?

You can follow my participations in French forum and some UK sections like the Directory forum. I'm trying to share and explain the Microsoft recommendations, and provide a solution for asker problem or question about Active directory, Hyper-V, windows server, Exchange and desktop.
I moderate also many sections in French forum by moving a thread to correct forum, marking correct answer etc.

What forums need more attention? What could they use more of?

I think that some UK forums sections like directory forum need more attention by the moderators because there are many threads opened.
Mark the correct answer by the moderator can help other forum visitors who have the same issue or question to find the right answer, if the asker forgets to do it.

Who has impressed you in the Forums community, and why?

Many MVP, moderators and sometimes askers, thanks to their participations and sharing of knowledge and experiences, we can improve our technical skills. In TechNet forum we can learn many new tips.
