yammer right assign using powershell

hello evryone, i have some problem. i have to groupe in yammer and i want to adminster some right in my to group using powershell and csv file.

There is no specific powershell module for Yammer, you could manipulate the web API but it doesn't give any special access. All admin level functions are available through the web interface.
