Role Profile for a Intranet and Community Manager

Does anyone have a role profile for an Intranet Manager that includes Yammer Community Management that I can use as a starting point for creating a job description?

Maybe find an Intranet Manager and "Community Manager" (or Enterprise Community Manager) job description and marge them?

Well we created a role description following some suggestions here and I found some other job descriptions online.  Also used this sample job description from Thought Farmer:

We will be going to market once we kick off the work on our Comms Portal.  In the meantime Internal Comms will provide oversight for our wider imminent Yammer launch.
