Mine too, although without any useful analytics I am guessing (hoping) they are lurking and consuming.

Analytics would only tell you how many people are using the tool anyway ... what you are really going to have to figure out is how to measure success / business benefit ... more than likely through anecdotal feedback: "I saw it on Yammer"

Great tip, thanks. That 'how to measure success/benefit' question is the big one we are trying to work out for our strategy. Plenty of good advice from experienced folk in forums like this. Applying it to your own org/community/sponsors/sitch is the trick.
