Convincing internal clients to continue using Yammer...

What do you recommend to Internal Comms folks who want their clients to leverage Yammer for communications but struggle to justify continued investment and attention when they can't provide basic reports or further promote posts? I fielded this question over and over with a recent workshop I ran. Welcoming any and all thougths. Are there tactics / hacks / tips you have found to be effective?

I'm not sure my examples match your situation closely, but I and other community manager types in my org have found that showing users/potential users is the best way to get or keep their attention. Whether that be showing them content on Yammer or how to use it.
