The usability of the Techcommunity website has steadily been improving so thank you to all of you who make our lives better!

I would like to suggest that the Private Messages workflow needs a bit a work.

Right now if I have a bunch of messages that are showing as unread, I have to open each message to "mark it read" then scroll to the bottom of the message before I am able to Delete.

I would like to be able to bulk manage my private messages when I am in the https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage view.

Specifically I would like to be able to multi-select private messages and then:

  • Mark selected as READ
  • Delete selected message(s)

Please let me know if you have questions about this Tech Community usability feedback.

Thank you.
