That's been already discussed here how are calculated conversations, threads, etc. I still can't understand what "Comments 0 (1 New)" means. But now about the bug.
I marked "... all as Read" on group and received (-2) unread posts (or conversations?).
In a while returned back, refreshed - same minus 2.
