When you click on a post/discussion, you start out on page 1, and the pagination is all the way at the bottom. Please add pagination to the top of the page, so we can quickly get to the newest replies.
This was a real benefit to the Yammer model, in that it gave you the recent, and you could show more if you wanted to go back in time and see the rest of the story.
In a long conversation it is quite difficult to scroll scroll scroll just to find the next page. Either that or give us a floating down arrow to take us to the bottom of the page.
